EXECUTIVE BOARD 2024-2025
CHAIR - Caterina Capuozzo
Hello everyone! I am Caterina, a senior Electrical Engineering student from Italy. My favorite hobby is making music; I am a singer, and I have recently started playing the saxophone. I am very hardworking and eager to take part in new projects, which is why I joined the IEEE to learn more and share my experience with fellow students. My motto is "Always be a better version of yourself!" My Role: I have been an officer of the club since last year and was eventually elected as the Chair of the IEEE. My role is to manage the organization and its officers, maintain the professional growth of the club, and ensure its legacy remains alive! If you would like to collaborate with our organization on any events, feel free to shoot me an email. I look forward to this year's incredible new events!

SECRETARY - Rheeya Patel
Secretary of IEEE
TREASURER - Daniel Parker
I'm a third year electrical engineering student. I hope to graduate in May 2026 in the power and nano tracks. This is my first year as an officer here in IEEE, although I have been active since my first year. In my personal life I enjoy weightlifting and all kinds of sports. I also enjoy fishing and a lot of outdoor activities.
FUNDARAISING CHAIR - Ethan Pierre
Hello, my name is Ethan Pierre, I am international student from Trinidad and Tobago and I am currently a senior studying Electrical Engineering with a focus on Micro/Nano Scale systems and Energy, Power & Sustainability tracks. In my regular life outside of school, I am always up for an adventure or just chilling at home. Initially before I joined the board of this club, I would always go to their meetings and explore events that were being held. This was a great way to meet other students as well as network with professionals when they came. Now, I decided to join the board so I can brainstorm with my peers about events, help out in anyway I can and influence other students to come explore this club.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CHAIR -
Roberto Montero

Professional Development Chair of IEEE
ELECTRATON - Jake Moran
About me: I joined USF in summer of 2023 with my major being Cybersecurity and I am scheduled to graduate sometime in 2027. Even with my major being Cyber I do touch grass, I love to build and create things, even if they end up breaking (the troubleshooting process can be fun), swim, listen to music, and climb whenever I have the chance. My Role: I am the Electrathon chair, our goal in Electrathon is to collaborate with one another to create a single person electric car that is capable of withstanding a one-hour race against other teams. Being part of the club will give you a better understanding of the processes that go into making the car. This includes, chassis design, aerodynamics, wiring, creating of battery packs, and on top of that you learn how to work with a team.
